Administration Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Omni-Channel Manager, the Administration Coordinator will support the administrative functions of the Omni-Channel department mainly;

Estate management

  • Maintain tenant relations and manage queries
  • Issue contracts and invoices
  • Ensure collection of payments in a timely manner
  • Coordinate the required registrations/licensing with competent authorities
  • Manage estate maintenance and cleaning
  • Manage lift and electrical certification and other compliance as required

Logistics (Import and Export)

  • Coordinate weekly deliveries
  • Incident management
  • Reporting
  • Warehouse management

Stock management

  • Monitor and review stock movements on company stock systems
  • Support during stock staking

Other ad hoc as assigned.
