We are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time Assistant Shop Manager to join our team.

Bigbon Group is the franchisee for five unique lifestyle brands: Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho and Massimo Dutti.

As an Assistant Shop Manager in one of our shops you will be assisting and supporting the Shop Manager to manage the store on a day-to-day basis and running all aspects of the store operations in line with company objectives. We will give training to develop your existing experience and give you the confidence to develop and grow within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management

• Visual merchandising
• Ensure correct stock levels
• Stockroom organisation

People Management

• Plan effective schedules
• Monitor productivity
• Identify potentials
• Train staff [Induction and Development]

Shop Procedures

• Customer Service
• Manage cash desk
• Monitor Health & Safety
• Implement shop policies

Requirements

Chosen candidates will be required to

• Work shop hours
• Be fluent in English
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience will be considered as an asset
