Customer Care Representative

We are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time Customer Care Representative to join our team.
Bigbon Group is the franchisee for five unique lifestyle brands: Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho and Massimo Dutti.

Responsibilities:
Respond and resolve promptly to customer queries in a positive and professional manner
Communicate with customers through various channels
Answer calls promptly and handle cases accordingly
Reporting of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with other departments as necessary to solve queries
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Fluent in Maltese and English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Communication Skills
Organisational Skills
Previous experience working with customer support will be considered as an asset.
