To assist the Operations Manager and support the shops on a day to day basis whilst balancing strategic
goals of the company. To facilitate all aspects of the shop operations whilst ensuring that all processes are
in line with company objectives and procedures

Training & Awareness

  • Identify training requirements [Internal&External]
  • Annual preventive activities schedule.
  • Internal emergency plan,contingency plan and emergency drills.
  • Plan for training in health and safety and emergencies.
  • Preventive maintenance appearing in the legislation.

Policy and Procedure

  • Assist in the piloting and management of the procedures and records
  • Corresponding to the internal health and safety management system ISO 45001
  • Overseeing and implementation of the health and safety policy

Training & Development

  • Assist and oversee Devices, Cash and Health & Safety training across the group to ensure correct usage of devices and high performance of team members
  • Train team to troubleshoot basic systems faults
