Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our stores, helping customers express their individuality through fashion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and introducing them to our wide selection of fashion collections.
- Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their style preferences, needs, and aspirations.
- Providing fashion advice and guidance, upselling and cross-selling across our range of product offerings.
- Staying up to date with the latest fashion trends, designers, and industry developments to deliver accurate style recommendations.
- Completing all administrative tasks including but not limited to stock replenishment, receiving, and transferring deliveries, and sales transactions.
Maintaining visual merchandising standards to display our products in an appealing and enticing manner.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A genuine interest in fashion or retail with a deep understanding of current trends and style aesthetics.
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and peers.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements:
- Ability to work retail hours at The Point Shopping Mall or The Shoreline Mall.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Retail experience is not compulsory but will be considered an asset.
