Are you passionate about technology, innovation, and creating efficient digital environments? We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and support the organisation’s technology infrastructure, systems, and digital capabilities across all retail locations and departments.

This role plays a key part in driving our digital strategy, ensuring that technology solutions support operational excellence, cybersecurity, business growth, and continuous innovation. Reporting to the CEO, the selected candidate will work closely with management, store teams, external providers, and international principals to ensure reliable, secure, and future-focused IT operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the organisation’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations
• Manage cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and system protection measures
• Support and implement digital transformation initiatives across the business
• Maintain and optimise communication systems, networks, and collaboration platforms
• Manage software platforms, licensing, integrations, and system performance
• Oversee IT hardware, including servers, POS systems, computers, and networking equipment
• Coordinate system upgrades, technology rollouts, and IT-related projects
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, governance frameworks, and SOPs
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and retail operations
• Liaise with external service providers and principals to ensure smooth IT operations
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and technology improvements

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Experience managing digital transformation and technology implementation projects
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical matters into operational context
• Proactive mindset with the ability to support cross-functional teams and business operations
