We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Stock Responsible to support the coordination and control of stock-related operations across our retail network.

This role plays an important part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth communication between stores, warehouse operations, logistics providers, and internal teams. The selected candidate will support reporting, stock monitoring, operational follow-ups, and loss prevention processes that contribute to the overall performance of the business. 

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery confirmations and follow up on missing stock with suppliers and logistics providers
• Support transfers and stock movements between stores and warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and stock movement records
• Ensure completion and accuracy of weekly stock reporting
• Generate and monitor stock-loss reports while supporting investigations and theft reporting processes
• Maintain manual sales reports and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate warehouse stock flow and maintain organisation standards
• Monitor door control, camera systems, and security-related reports to identify operational risks
• Manage stock-related customer care queries
• Prepare and upload of daily sales reports
• Monitor cleaning schedules and compliance standards through operational systems
• Support operational coordination during store openings and refurbishment projects
