In-store and online receipts can both be converted into points. For in-store purchases, scan the receipt’s QR code. For online purchases, click on ‘Online Receipts’ and insert the online order number and the brand before submitting the information.  Send an email with a picture of your receipt to our team at [email protected] if you are unable to upload your receipt.

It is important to ensure that any queries related to receipt uploads are made within the 30-day period from purchase date. Points will show on your account within 24 – 72 hours! For every €1 spent you will be awarded 8 points!

Points accumulated in your Account will expire 18 months after the date of purchase, unless sufficient points have been accumulated to automatically convert them into vouchers within this period.
