In-store and online receipts can both be converted into points. For in-store purchases, scan the receipt’s QR code. For online purchases, please email a picture of your receipt to our team at customercare@bigbon.com.mt if you are unable to upload your receipt.

It is important to ensure that any queries related to receipt uploads are made within the 30-day period from purchase date. Points will show on your account within 24 – 48 hours! For every €1 spent you will be awarded 10 points!
