Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our stores, helping customers express their individuality through fashion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and introducing them to our wide selection of fashion collections.
• Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their style preferences, needs, and aspirations.
• Providing fashion advice and guidance, upselling and cross-selling across our range of product offerings.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards to display our products in an appealing and enticing manner.
• Assist in the stockroom.

To thrive in this role, you should possess: 

• A genuine interest in fashion or retail with an understanding of current trends and style aesthetics. 
• Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and peers. 
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. 
• Attention to detail, ensuring customers receive a high level of service.
