Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our stores, helping customers express their individuality through fashion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and introducing them to our wide selection of fashion collections.
• Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their style preferences, needs, and aspirations.
• Providing fashion advice and guidance, upselling and cross-selling across our range of product offerings.
• Staying up to date with the latest fashion trends, designers, and industry developments to deliver accurate style recommendations.
• Completing all administrative tasks including but not limited to stock replenishment, receiving, and transferring deliveries, and sales transactions.
• Maintaining Oysho’s visual merchandising standards to display our products in an appealing and enticing manner.
