Job Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shop Responsible, you will support the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, achieve sales targets, and ensure company standards are met. You will play an active role in stock management, customer service, and team development, while gaining valuable experience to grow within our organisation.

• Support daily store operations and help ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse competitors, and share relevant feedback with management.
• Ensure effective stockroom organisation, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the shop floor reflects the brand image.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Support and train team members, including welcoming new employees and following up on their development.
• Ensure compliance with security, till, health and safety, and other company procedures.
• Help motivate the team, communicate business objectives, and contribute to achieving store targets.
