We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Windows Responsible to support the execution and upkeep of window displays across our store network.

This role plays an important part in maintaining high visual merchandising standards across assigned stores, ensuring that all window displays, mannequins, and visual elements reflect the identity and presentation standards of each brand. The position is hands-on and operational, requiring strong organisation, consistency, and attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, dismantling, and updating of window displays across stores
• Ensure all window elements are clean, presentable, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Follow visual references and instructions accurately to maintain consistency across displays
• Dress and maintain mannequins within windows and on the shop floor
• Ensure mannequins are styled, positioned, and maintained according to visual standards
• Monitor mannequins and displays for damages or inconsistencies and report where necessary
• Support quick visual updates and mannequin changes when required
• Manage and organise decoration materials received through deliveries
• Maintain clean, structured, and accessible storage areas for visual merchandising materials
• Support store teams with guidance on window presentation and fashion visual merchandising
• Assist with additional visual merchandising duties to maintain exceptional store presentation standards 

Skills Required

• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and visual merchandising
• Good eye for visual presentation and attention to detail
• Understanding of brand identity and consistent visual execution
• Ability to maintain organised storage areas and manage materials efficiently
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address visual inconsistencies
• Comfortable working with mannequins, displays, and hands-on installations
• Good time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
