Catherine leads recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement across the organisation.

Catherine holds a BA in Maltese and Spanish and a Master’s in Translation and Terminology Studies from the University of Malta, equipping her with strong communication skills essential to her HR leadership.

She began her career at Bigbon Group in 2014 as a Fashion Advisor at Massimo Dutti and quickly progressed through store management before transitioning into HR in 2019. She was appointed HR Manager in 2021 and now heads the HR cluster. Catherine is dedicated to building a positive, inclusive work culture grounded in transparency, open communication, and professional growth.
