Olatz is responsible for daily operations, IT, security, and health and safety. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Basque Country, Spain, and has furthered her expertise with studies in Data Analysis in Malta.

Since joining Bigbon in 2016, Olatz has played a key role in the company’s digital transformation, implementing technologies such as RFID, PDAs, and mobile apps to enhance efficiency across operations. She is committed to leveraging technology to streamline processes and foster a safe, innovative work environment. Her focus remains on continuous improvement and embracing smart solutions to drive operational excellence
