HR Responsible

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Responsible supports the full HR function. This includes facilitating daily HR operations, maintaining internal systems, coordinating recruitment and training, and promoting a healthy workplace culture. The role also ensures that administrative and legal requirements are met with accuracy and timeliness.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including posting vacancies, screening applicants and assisting with selection processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes, including document collection and exit interviews.
- Handle employee referrals, tracking their progress and outcomes to support recruitment efforts.
- Register new employees, terminate contracts, and manage contract changes in accordance with legal obligations.
- Ensure records are kept up to date and in line with employment changes including promotions, role changes, and contract type amendments.
- Register employees and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage the full work permit application and renewal process for foreign nationals, ensuring all legal requirements and deadlines are met.
- Track and update employee permit statuses and follow up on required documentation in coordination with the employee and authorities.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and issues, handling matters discreetly and professionally.
- Assist in the performance review process, tracking completion and ensuring development plans are followed up.
- Promote employee engagement and wellbeing through positive HR practices and communication.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) portal, including the creation of new user accounts, deletion of inactive accounts, and updates as needed.
- Coordinate training programmes for employees across departments and monitor progress and completion.
- Ensure employee records and company HR databases are kept updated with accurate, current information.
- Regularly update and audit HR files for compliance and reporting purposes.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across departments and with external authorities.
- Capable of handling sensitive matters with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Excellent time management, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple systems and tools while maintaining accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Previous experience is not compulsory but will be considered an asset.
- Certification in HR or related field is not compulsory but will be considered an asset.
