Nina Gauci has recently joined the Bigbon Group Board as an observer, representing the next generation of leadership within the Group. Daughter of co-founder Bernard Gauci, Nina’s appointment was made possible through the Group Family Charter, which enables shareholder-nominated observers to participate in Board affairs. Currently pursuing a degree in Commerce at the University of Malta, her involvement supports the Group’s focus on continuity, talent development, and succession planning, while offering her first-hand exposure to governance, strategic planning, and the complexities of the retail and lifestyle industries.
