William Spiteri Bailey serves as Chairman of Bigbon Group, bringing decades of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, registered auditor, and former partner at RSM Malta. He currently also holds the role of President of the Malta Chamber of Commerce. William has worked across numerous sectors both locally and internationally, equipping him with a strong understanding of Malta’s commercial landscape. At Bigbon, he has been instrumental in drafting and implementing the Group Family Charter, a fundamental framework for governance and long-term succession planning. Under his chairmanship, the Group has adopted a future-focused approach, strengthening its organisational structure and readiness for growth across all sectors.
